Dark House represents fiction with a strong sense of atmosphere, distinctive voice and clear commercial identity. Our primary focus is horror, dark fantasy, speculative fiction and adjacent darker commercial genres, including supernatural, gothic, psychological and other character-driven work with a strong genre sensibility.
We are particularly drawn to projects that combine compelling concepts with emotional depth, memorable characters and a clear understanding of their audience. Where appropriate, we also consider the wider potential of a literary project across audio, translation, screen and other subsidiary rights.
Screen & Adaptation
Dark House represents original screen projects and welcomes enquiries from producers, development executives and production companies seeking distinctive genre material for film and television.
We also welcome adaptation interest in represented literary works where screen rights are available.
